States Offering Tuition Discounts to Students in Neighboring States

Say you live in Tennessee, but you're dying to go to the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. With this good neighbor deal, you can go to UNC and get lower tuition rates. You'll be a Tar Heel, but on the cheap. Just keep in mind that programs vary considerably in tuition discounts provided, colleges participating, academic programs available, and admission criteria.

I think its a list of states that support students from other states, but it not very effective and it doesn't give the information (i think) it's trying to provide
