Matching Scholarships for Northeastern State University

1. Academic Scholars

   Applicant will automatically qualify if they were named a Presidential Scholar by the U.S Department of Education, a National Merit Scholar, a National Merit Finalist, or by scoring in the 99th percentile on the ACT. Applicant may also qualify if they meet at least two of the following requirements: a minimum ACT score of 30, a minimum 3.8 GPA, or be ranked in the top four percent of their senior class.

2. Baccalaureate Scholars

   Applicant must be an incoming freshman who has a minimum ACT score of 30, a minimum 3.5 GPA, exceptional class rank, or status as a National Merit Semifinalist or Commended Student

3. Collegiate Scholars

   Applicant must be an incoming freshman with a minimum ACT score of 26 and a minimum 3.5 high school GPA. Applied towards tuition only.

4. Freshmen Scholars

   Applicant must be an incoming freshman with a ACT score between 20 and 21 and a minimum 3.25 GPA.

5. Green and White Scholars

   Applicant must be an incoming freshman with an ACT score between 22 and 25 and have a minimum high school 3.25 GPA.

6. NSU Alumni Legacy Scholarship

   Applicant must be a full-time freshman with a minimum 3.0 high school GPA. Preference will be given to children of active NSU alumni.

7. University Scholars

   Applicant must be an incoming freshman with a minimum ACT score of 26 and a GPA between 3.0 and 3.49.

8. Valedictorian Scholars

   Applicant must be an incoming freshman who was the valedictorian of their high school and has a minimum ACT score of 20.
